He currently serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at MPS Limited, leading India-based operations for Content Services and eLearning verticals.
Sukhwant’s educational credentials include a PGP from the Indian School of Business (2015), where he graduated with honors on the Dean’s List. He also holds a degree in engineering and a master’s in Finance. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered exceptional results, having worked for renowned companies such as Vedanta and ACT.

Robin Blakely, COO – North America
Robin Blakely is a seasoned publishing executive with 20+ years of leading high-quality programs and content delivery across print and technology.
After earning her BA in Math from Cornell University, Robin rapidly rose through the ranks in the publishing industry, taking on increasing levels of responsibility and building development teams. In her recent role as Vice President at Cenveo Publisher Services, Robin provided strategic direction to the company’s education Group and established key client relationships. Today, Robin serves as the Chief Operating Officer of North America at MPS Limited, where she oversees operations across the region.
Robin’s impressive career has also seen her work with top companies such as Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Aptara, Adobe, Addison Wesley, Holt, Rinehart, and Winston. Her rich experience and proven track record of delivering results make her a sought-after leader in the publishing industry.
Sunit Malhotra, Chief Finance Officer
Sunit Malhotra is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 35 years of experience working with reputed corporate such as Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd, Onida, SK Birla group, and Sanjay Dalmia group.
In 2012, Sunit joined MPS Limited as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and, ever since, has been responsible for associated operations of MPS Limited and its subsidiaries in India, the USA, Germany, and Switzerland.
Sunit’s extensive experience and professional qualifications have been instrumental in the company’s success, and he continues to play a key role in the company’s financial operations.
Tony Alves, Senior Vice President of Product Management – HighWire
Tony Elves is a distinguished leader in the scholarly publishing industry with an impressive 30-year track record of product development, software design, content, sales and international client management, and more. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of the publishing process, with a focus on scientific journals, educational programming and innovative technology solutions.
Throughout his career, Tony has been at the forefront of digital publishing, leveraging his skills in software design and content acquisition to bring new and innovative products to market.
As the Senior Vice President of Product Management at HighWire Press, Tony leads a team of talented product managers responsible for a range of online platforms, content management systems, and workflow management systems. Before his role at HighWire, Tony spent 19 years as the Director of Product Management at Aries Systems, where he played a critical role in the design and rollout of the Editorial Manager (EM) and ProduXion Manager (PM) systems.
Tony also has extensive experience in medical and scientific publishing, having served a combined 10+ years as a publisher at HealthStream and SilverPlatter Information.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Business Administration degree from Johnson & Wales University. His rich experience in product development, client management and leadership is complemented by his passion for editorial and production workflows, multimedia development, and medical and scientific publishing.

Rajesh R Jumani, Chief Revenue Officer
Rajesh R Jumani is a well-recognized leader in the field of global sales, marketing, and strategy, with over 25+ years of experience in the industry and a deep understanding of digital transformation and eLearning. He has established himself as a prominent figure in the educational technology space, leading dynamic teams across multiple regions, including the US, UK, mainland Europe, India, the Middle East, APAC, and South Africa.
Well-known as a growth accelerator and cross-industry specialist, Rajesh has a proven track record of building and mentoring dynamic teams focused on achieving business objectives and driving top-line and bottom-line growth.
As the Global Chief Revenue Officer at MPS Interactive Systems, Rajesh is responsible for driving growth and overviewing revenue channels and systems. Earlier, he served 20+ years at Tata Interactive Systems as Global CMO and Executive Vice President (for India and APAC), playing a key role in the company’s success.
Rajesh graduated from the University of Mumbai with a B.E. in Electronics, where he also earned his MBA in Marketing. He also holds an Executive Education in Aligning Strategy and Sales from Harvard Business School.
